Farebus quality system, certified according to ISO 9001 standard by AENOR, ensures that all the management and transformation processes which are developed fulfil all the technical specifications and the requirement established by our customers.

However, in case of incident, FAREBUS guarantees during one year any manufacturing fault in its bodyworks. If you need to use this guarantee please, contact our after-sales staff.

FAREBUS informs you:

• windows and glazing are out of the bodywork guarantee
• the equipment supplied by the customer, such as pre-heater, emitter, etc, is out of the bodywork guarantee.
• damage on a bodywork element, caused by a wrong usage and/or unacknowledge of the usage instructions about that element or equipment in the vehicle, will be out of guarantee.
